These terms are an agreement between you and Solar Proposal ("SolarProposal", "we", "us"), the operator of solarproposal.in and app.solarproposal.in. By signing in or using SolarProposal you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you agree on behalf of that company.
1. Your account
- You sign in with a Google account. The first sign-in creates your company's account on our Free plan.
- Keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- The details you give us, such as your company name and contact details, must be true and yours to use.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
2. What SolarProposal does
SolarProposal is a tool for making solar proposals for your customers. Savings, payback, generation and other figures are estimates worked out from the details you enter. They are not guarantees.
You decide the prices, figures, components, terms and promises in your proposals, and you are responsible for them and for the work you agree with your customers. We are not a party to any agreement between you and your customer.
3. Your content and your customers' details
- Your logo, branding, proposals and customer details remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and show them only to run SolarProposal for you.
- You must have your customers' permission to enter their details (such as name, phone number and address) and to send them proposals.
- Only use logos, names and images you have the right to use.
4. Fair use
Do not use SolarProposal to:
- make false or misleading proposals, or pretend to be another company;
- break any law, or send content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else's rights;
- try to get into other companies' data, overload the service, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.
5. Plans and payment
The Free plan has limits, such as the number of proposals. Paid plans, their prices and limits are agreed with you before you pay, and are shown on your invoice. Plan limits are applied automatically. Cancellations and refunds follow our refunds & cancellation policy. Prices include or exclude GST as stated on the invoice.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep SolarProposal running and your data safe, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Download the PDFs you send to customers and keep your own copies. We may improve, change or remove features. If we make a change that takes away something important on a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
7. Responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost deals or lost data, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits responsibilities that the law does not allow us to limit.
8. Ending
You can stop using SolarProposal at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we reasonably can.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City] have jurisdiction over any dispute.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app or by email before they apply.
